Coffee Wood Chew
Our 100% natural chew sticks will satisfy your dog’s desire to chew while also cleaning their teeth! Made from 100% natural coffee wood, they're completely free from any harmful additives and are caffeine-free and odourless. The perfect boredom and stress buster for your fury family members - especially for those that love to chew!
Wood chews slowly break down into soft and small digestible pieces that are safe in your dog's stomach - making them safer than other chew toys. Once the stick is small enough to swallow whole, replace it with a new one. Size up if your dog is a known chewer so that the wood chew will last longer.
Coffee wood is a natural by-product from the harvesting of coffee beans. This means that during the harvesting, no trees are cut down or uprooted for the sole purpose of making these chews.

XS (for fur babies up to 7kg) - L: 11-12cm x W: 1.6-18cm
S (for fur babies up to 10kg) - L: 13-14cm x W: 2-2.5cm
M (for fur babies up to 15kg) - L: 17-18cm x W: 2.8-3.5cm
L (for fur babies up to 20kg) - L: 19-20cm x W: 3.8-4.5cm
XL (for fur babies up to 25kg) - L: 21-22cm x W: 4.6-5.5cm

Shipping
- For the majority of our products, we charge a flat rate of $8 for Auckland shipping and $10 to other regions within NZ. Standard shipping is $14 to rural addresses.
- For a selection of our larger or heavier items (including food products, safety seats, beds and our pet stairs), we charge a flat rate of $13 for Auckland shipping and $18 to other regions within NZ. Larger item shipping is $22 to rural addresses.
By default, shipping costs will be calculated based off the largest/heaviest item in your order.
Delivery Timeframes
We use NZ courierpost and our estimated delivery time frame is 3-5 working days. Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Public holidays can also impact delivery timeframes and cause delays. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. When your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent a tracking number. PetsRUs cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above timeframe is as provided to us by our freight company. For any delays or issues once your item has left us, please contact Courier Post directly with your tracking number.
Click & Collect
We offer a free click and collect service from our Herne Bay location. We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 24 hours. Please wait until you have received your confirmation email before picking up your item so that we can ensure this is ready for you. ID will need to be presented upon pickup. Our pickup location is: 202 Jervois Road, Herne Bay, Auckland.
Here at Pets R Us, you and your pets' satisfaction is important to us. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as easy as possible.
You are entitled to a full refund, exchange, replacement or store credit within 7 days of the date of purchase when an item falls under one of the following categories:
- Arrives faulty or damaged
- Does not match the product description on our website
- Is unfit for the intended purpose (does not do what it is meant to do)
- Is not delivered within a reasonable time frame as outlined within our shipping page, or the item is lost.
Refunds cannot be given on discounted or sale items. Our refund policy also does not include any shipping costs incurred by either party.
Refunds are provided to your original payment method and are processed within 7 days of your request. Please note that these can take up to 5 business days to show in your account.
