MEET OUR FOUNDER
An avid pet-lover, Cathie grew up on a lifestyle block in Coatesville on a typical “Old Mcdonald’s” type of farm. Home to horses, cats, dogs, rabbits, parrots, mice, fish, sheep, goats and more - Cathie’s passion for animals started at an early age. From nurturing baby possums to letting ducklings swim in the bathtub, to nursing any small animal back to good health - pets were always part of the family - every single one of them.
Now a proud Mum to a daughter, twin boys and of course her fur babies, Missy and Nala (pictured), Cathie created PetsRUs to share her passion for all critters big and small.
Not only does PetsRUs give back to your own treasured family members, but Cathie has also proudly partnered with Saving Hope Foundation and the New Zealand Cat Foundation to help cats and dogs that are still searching for their forever homes. $1 of every PetsRus purchase goes to the charity of your choosing at checkout - so you can spoil your own pets while helping others in need.
