How to Use:
For targeted cleaning, spray onto a cotton pad and gently wipe areas such as eyes, beards, skin folds, or intimate areas. For a full-body cleanse, spray all over your pet’s body and paws, then wipe clean with a towelette. Use daily for stain prevention and to soothe irritated skin.

Shipping
- For Auckland - we charge a flat rate of $7
- For the rest of New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $9 for urban addresses and $12 for rural.
- For a selection of our larger or heavier items (including food products, safety seats, beds and our pet stairs), we charge a flat rate of $7 for Auckland shipping and $12 to other regions within NZ.
By default, shipping costs will be calculated based off the largest/heaviest item in your order.
Delivery Timeframes
We use NZ courierpost and our estimated delivery time frame is 3-5 working days. Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Public holidays can also impact delivery timeframes and cause delays. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. When your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent a tracking number. PetsRUs cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above timeframe is as provided to us by our freight company. For any delays or issues once your item has left us, please contact Courier Post directly with your tracking number.
Click & Collect
We offer a free click and collect service from our pop-up store in Herne Bay. We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 24 hours. Please wait until you have received your confirmation email before picking up your item so that we can ensure this is ready for you. ID will need to be presented upon pickup.

Here at Pets R Us, you and your pets' satisfaction is important to us. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as easy as possible.
You are entitled to a full refund, exchange, replacement or store credit within 7 days of the date of purchase when an item falls under one of the following categories:
- Arrives faulty or damaged
- Does not match the product description on our website
- Is unfit for the intended purpose (does not do what it is meant to do)
- Is not delivered within a reasonable time frame as outlined within our shipping page, or the item is lost.
Refunds cannot be given on discounted or sale items. Our refund policy also does not include any shipping costs incurred by either party.
Refunds are provided to your original payment method and are processed within 7 days of your request. Please note that these can take up to 5 business days to show in your account.
